Returns Information:

• For Easthead products if something is not right, or you would like a refund or exchange, please return the garments within 28 days of ordering.
• We are only able to exchange items where a different size/colour of the same item is requested. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and return the original item to us for a refund.
• Please let us know the reason for your return.
• Please note, sale items work slightly differently.You can return your order for any reason at any time within 7 working days after the day you receive it, for a full refund.
• Please note that in the UK Royal Mail returns can take up to 7 working days to arrive at our warehouse.
• Please retain a proof of postage to receive your refund in 48 hours.

I want to send back a personalised product?

For Personalised items such as dressing gowns and lab coats, there will also be no refunds unless a mistake has been made by us
